The Birth & Baby Course is a complete antenatal preparation programme, providing you with all the knowledge and skills you need for a positive pregnancy, birth and postnatal period. Run by Meghan Roe, an experienced midwife of over 12 years and mother of three herself, she shares all of her knowledge, advice and tips to support you in your journey. The course is held at the gorgeous Mill Stream Studio in Hertford (www.themillhousehertford.com) across four evenings. The price includes entrance to the course for the pregnant person and their birth partner, a course book, refreshments and support from Meghan via Whatsapp throughout and beyond. The group element (maximum 6 couples) enables you to meet other like-minded parents-to-be to share your experience with and make friends for life...a reunion is included to get together once the babies have arrived! We recommended starting the course between 28-34 weeks, whenever you feel most comfortable, and it is well suited for both first time parents and parents expecting their second/third etc looking for a positive experience.
