Service Description

Group courses don't work for everyone. Experience a personalised approach to antenatal education with Birth and Baby’s 1:1 Private Sessions with Midwife Meg. Our sessions will be tailored to your needs and can cover a range of topics including hypnobirthing, physiological birth, movements for an easier birth, the 'What Ifs', Caesarean Birth, Induction of labour, recovery, feeding your baby and newborn care. Also perfect for a refresher in a subsequent pregnancy! Enjoy the comfort of learning in your own home (or my therapy room in Hertford if you live out of area or if that is your preference). Let me help you prepare for the arrival of your little one with confidence and ease. You can book a standalone 2.5hr session or if you need more than one session to cover the information you desire, each session after the first is 10% off (you will be provided with a unique discount code).
