Service Description
Join our fully comprehensive group antenatal and hypnobirthing course. Taught by an experienced and practising Midwife, a infant feeding counsellor, first aid instructor, psychotherapist and womens' health physiotherapist. *Each space is for you AND your birth partner so you only need to book 'one participant'* See 'Services' page for full course description. All courses can be paid for in instalments. Course Outline: Tuesday 2nd June 6.45pm (2hrs) In person @ Birth & Baby Studio (Hertford) with Meg: Hypnobirthing Sunday 7th June 3pm (2hrs) In person @ Birth & Baby Studio (Hertford) with Meg: Physiology of labour & birth, pain management and your options PLUS social afterwards in local pub Tuesday 9th June 6.45pm (2hrs) In person @ Birth & Baby Studio (Hertford) with Meg: The 'What Ifs', complications, decision making and navigating the NHS maternity system Monday 15th June 6.45pm (2hrs) In person @ Birth & Baby Studio (Hertford) with Sam(Baby First Aid) & Birth recovery with Vicki (Physiotherapist) and Meg. Tuesday 16th June 7.30pm (45mins) Online (Zoom) with Daniel (psychotherapist): individual and relationship emotional wellbeing. Tuesday 23rd June 6.45pm (2hrs) In person @ Birth & Baby Studio (Hertford) with Jojo: The 4th trimester, settling baby and breastfeeding Tuesday 30th June 6.45pm (2hrs) In person @ Birth & Baby Studio (Hertford) with Jojo: Combination and formula feeding, feeding challenges and how to access support + Reunion when all babies are here :)

Cancellation Policy
Booking A booking does not constitute the creation of a contract and teacher reserves the right to decline to process a booking for any reason whatsoever. If the booking is not able to be fulfilled the teacher will promptly refund all monies. Participant Cancellation The fee will be repaid promptly and in full if your baby arrives before the course or in the very unlikely event of the course being cancelled. These are the only circumstances under which a refund will be made. Course Cancellation The teacher reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or published prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to any price increase.
