Service Description
Join our fully comprehensive group antenatal and hypnobirthing course. Taught by an experienced and practising Midwife, a infant feeding counsellor, psychotherapist and womens' health physiotherapist. *Please note this course does not include the Baby First Aid Session due to planned leave, although an extra baby care session is added* *Each space is for you AND your birth partner so you only need to book 'one participant'* See 'Services' page for full course description. All courses can be paid for in instalments. Course Outline: Tuesday 10th November 6.45pm (2hrs) In person @ Birth & Baby Studio (Hertford) with Meg: Hypnobirthing Tuesday 17th November 6.45pm (2hrs) In person @ Birth & Baby Studio (Hertford) with Meg: Physiology of labour & birth, pain management and your options Tuesday 24th November 6.45pm (2hrs) In person @ Birth & Baby Studio (Hertford) with Meg: The 'What Ifs', complications, decision making and navigating the NHS maternity system Saturday 28th November 10am (3hrs) In person @ Birth & Baby Studio (Hertford) with Jojo: The 4th trimester & infant feeding (breast & bottle) PLUS social after session at local pub Tuesday 1st December 7pm (1.5hrs) in person @ Birth & Baby Studio Meg & Vicki (womens' health physiotherapist): Postnatal period, Pregnancy symptoms & birth recovery Monday 7th December 7pm (1hr) online with Meg: the early weeks with your baby (sleep, baby care and signs of illness) Tuesday 8th December 7pm (1 hr) online with Dan (psychotherapist): individual and relationship wellbeing. + Reunion when all babies are here :)

Cancellation Policy
Booking A booking does not constitute the creation of a contract and teacher reserves the right to decline to process a booking for any reason whatsoever. If the booking is not able to be fulfilled the teacher will promptly refund all monies. Participant Cancellation The fee will be repaid promptly and in full if your baby arrives before the course or in the very unlikely event of the course being cancelled. These are the only circumstances under which a refund will be made. Course Cancellation The teacher reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or published prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to any price increase.
