Service Description
Join our fully comprehensive group antenatal and hypnobirthing course. Taught by an experienced and practising Midwife, a infant feeding counsellor, first aid instructor and psychotherapist. *Each space is for you AND your birth partner so you only need to book 'one participant'* See 'Services' page for full course description. All courses can be paid for in instalments. Course Outline: Tuesday 2nd April 7pm (2.5hrs) In person @ Birth & Baby Studio (Hertford) with Meg: Hypnobirthing Tuesday 9th April 7pm (2.5hrs) In person @ Birth & Baby Studio (Hertford) with Meg: Physiology of labour & birth, pain management and your options Tuesday 16th April 7pm (2.5hrs) In person @ Birth & Baby Studio (Hertford) with Meg: The 'What Ifs', complications, decision making and navigating the NHS maternity system Tuesday 23rd April 7pm (2.5hrs) Online via Zoom with Meg (birth recovery and the postnatal period) and Dan (Mental health & relationship wellbeing) Monday 29th April 7.30pm (1hr) Online via Zoom with Sam: Baby First Aid Tuesday 30th April 7pm (2hrs) In person @ Birth & Baby Studio (Hertford) with Jojo: The 4th trimester, settling baby and breastfeeding Tuesday 7th May 7pm (2hrs) In person @ Birth & Baby Studio (Hertford) with Jojo: Combination and formula feeding, feeding challenges and how to access support
